Madison has many local attractions that our participants have enjoyed over the years. The Governor's Mansion, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Wisconsin Dells, and Monona Terrace Convention Center, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, to name just a few.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The University Towers are located at the intersection of Frances and State Street – on a local pedestrian walking mall. The residence offers light weekly housekeeping, air-conditioning and wonderful shopping and dining options just outside your front door. The University Towers offers fully furnished, newly renovated, and two bedroom apartments with a full living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Also available are one bedroom apartments with a full living room and kitchen and efficiency apartments.  All classes will be held within the building and meals will be served across the courtyard at the Statesider. Check in at 12:00 p.m. and check out at 1:00 p.m.

PAYMENTS
To take advantage of this special pricing for our 25th Anniversary, payment in full for one session is due at the time of making your reservation. If you sign up for more than one session, the balance of the program will be due May 1st.
 
TRANSPORTATION
Fly into Dane County Regional-Truax Airport, which is about 6 miles from campus. You can take a cab for approx. $25 including tip, or sign up for our shuttle service which runs from noon until 8:00 p.m. on move-in day and 5:30 a.m. until noon on move-out day at $35 round trip.
 
PARKING
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis aross the street: $7 a night, unlimited access.
 
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
If you need to cancel for any reason, you will receive your payment back less a $100 adminstrative if you cancel by April 1, 2010. After the signing of a lease, refunds will only be issued if a Travel Protection Plan has been purchased.  (See Frequently Asked Questions for information on the travel Protection Plan.)
