ACCOMMODATION
University of San Diego 5998 Alcala Park San Diego, CA 92110The University of San Diego proudly offers the San Buenaventura Apartments. Nestled down at Mission Crossroads, the back side of this lovely apartment building sits atop a crest that overlooks Mission Bay. Several different apartment combinations are offered with private bedrooms and private or shared bathroom optionss. While we guarantee you the apartment style, please understand that each apartment is unique with regard to square footage, configuration and view.
AMENITIES
- Elevators and laundry service in building
- Fitness Center (for a fee) and pool located a few blocks away
- Classroom in building, meals served in neighboring building
- Basic linens are provided (bed sheets, blanket, pillows, towels)
- Ceiling fan, microwave, and refrigerator in each apartment
MEALS
Meals are served at The Pavilion Dining Hall, which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. You will be provided with a meal card with a cash balance that you monitor. All items are a la carte and you can dine at any of the wonderful options offered from the award winning food service operations. La Gran Terraza Restaurant on campus offers exquisite food in a luxurious atmosphere and restaurant setting. The meal card is set up for you to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the program. However, there will be two or three meals that you are responsible for on your own.
AIRPORT
Fly into San Diego – Lindbergh Field Airport. The Super Shuttle is the most cost effective service for one person to get from the airport to the University of San Diego campus. Reservations are recommended so you don’t have to wait at the airport – 1-800-BLUEVAN (258-3826). Orange Cab’s will be curbside at the ground transportation area – no reservations are necessary.
